Creating and implementing a transformation strategy for the operational model of NN Group insurance companies, with a focus on process automation and simplification.
Responsibility for the reporting system of post-sales areas. Monitoring performance, reporting progress, and recommending business actions.
Managing a team of Product Owners, analysts, and the business analytics team.
Acting as Chief Product Owner for product teams within an agile structure.
Collaborating with IT on the development and optimization of systems, applications, and automation using RPA, Power Apps, AI; data migration to cloud solutions; and implementation of modern technologies.
Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and supporting the adoption of digital solutions.

You have experience in digital transformation and operational process automation (minimum 2–3 years as a leader of such projects).
You have experience managing expert and analytical teams (minimum 5 years).
