We are a team of international IT security professionals and ethical hackers with a deep understanding of application and infrastructure security, driven by a curiosity about how things work. Our mission is to challenge the detection and response capabilities of our internal defenders (Blue Team) by simulating real-world cyber threats targeting the company's most valuable assets.
We are looking for a new team member to join our internal Red Team as an engineer/operator. Your role will encompass two main aspects: maintaining and (eventually) creating our team's attack infrastructure and participating in our testing activities as red team operator. While prior experience in security is not required, we are looking for someone with technical expertise in running infrastructure and a keen interest in learning about security.

Maintain and develop the team IT infrastructure.
Conduct security assessments to uncover vulnerabilities and identify potential threats to company's systems and processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to address security vulnerabilities and enhance overall security awareness of our company.
Must haves:
Enthusiasm for new ideas, innovative solutions, and alternative approaches.
Interest in IT security and curiosity to learn more about it.
Proactive and hands-on attitude.
Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
Technical background:
Working experience with IT infrastructure (CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI or similar).
Solid networking and/or coding skills (C, C#, C++, Go, Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
Hands-on experience with managing cloud platform(s).
Nice to haves:
Hands-on experience with AWS.
Experience in administering, attacking, or defending Windows/Linux/macOS environments, Active Directory/Entra ID, cloud platforms, container technology (Kubernetes, Docker).
Experience with actual security assessments (red teaming, web/infra pentesting,…).
Some renowned security certifications (e.g. OSCP).
Offensive tool development.
Interest in threat intelligence field.
