The team:
We are a team of international IT security professionals and ethical hackers with a deep understanding of application and infrastructure security, driven by a curiosity about how things work. Our mission is to challenge the detection and response capabilities of our internal defenders (Blue Team) by simulating real-world cyber threats targeting the company's most valuable assets.
The position:
We are looking for a new team member to join our internal Red Team as an engineer/operator. Your role will encompass two main aspects: participating in our testing activities as a red team operator and maintaining and developing our team's attack infrastructure. Prior experience in offensive security is required, technical expertise in running IT infrastructure is a big plus.

Main responsibilities:
Participate in Red teaming activities:
Conduct security assessments to uncover vulnerabilities and identify potential threats to company's systems and processes.
Simulate advanced threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
Maintain and develop the supporting IT infrastructure.
Must haves:
Experience with offensive security assessments (web/infra pentesting).
Solid networking and/or coding skills (C, C#, C++, Go, Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
Enthusiasm for new ideas, innovative solutions, and alternative approaches.
Good communication skills (English).
Nice to haves:
Red teaming experience, experience with ransomware simulation.
Experience with attacking AD/Entra ID.
Offensive tool development experience.
Advanced offensive security-relevant certification (OSCP, OSEP, CRTO, etc.).
IT infrastructure experience (CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Ansible, Docker/Kubernetes).
Hands-on experience with managing cloud platform(s), especially AWS and Azure.
Participation in CTFs, OSS development, activity on platforms like Hack The Box and Tryhackme.
