Our Digital Marketing team is on the lookout for new colleagues to join them in the quest to drive the business forward and create value while working to enhance NN’s digital customer experience within the digital assets’ environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and building customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder.
  • Developing and implementing personalized and automated, trigger-based marketing campaigns.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing journeys for better results.
  • Collaborating with campaign managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing strategies and goals.
  • Providing expertise and guidance on best practices for email marketing and automation.
  • Training and supporting internal teams on Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionality, while staying updated on industry trends and new features within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, communication policies and market best practices.
  • Implement new Marketing Cloud Campaigns to support overall business generation objectives: engagement, portfolio monetization, as well as retention.
  • Act as local Product Owner/ Subject Matter Expert to continuously improve the Marketing Cloud solution integrated in the overall Salesforce setup, collaborating also with the other delivery stakeholders toward an integrated and coherent experience.
  • Identify and prioritize unmet user needs along the existing/ new processes and translate them into business requirements.
  • Collaborate with external providers and internal SMEs to define and implement the overall user experience.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our customers, their journey and all touchpoints, business strategy, systems, company objectives and goals of the department.

Requirements:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, including customer journey builder, automation, email marketing, and data management.
  • Customer journey mapping: Ability to design and optimize customer journeys across various touchpoints to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Data analysis and segmentation: Proficiency in analyzing customer data, segmenting audiences, and personalizing marketing campaigns based on insights.
  • Marketing automation skills: Experience in setting up and managing automated marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • CRM integration: Knowledge of integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other CRM systems to ensure seamless data flow and personalized customer experiences.
  • A/B testing and optimization: Ability to conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for better performance and ROI.
  • Communication skills: Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings, and provide recommendations for improving customer journeys.
  • Problem-solving skills and timely delivery: Ability to identify challenges in customer journeys and find creative solutions to enhance customer experience and drive business goals
  • Great communication skills, both in writing and verbal communication along with fluency in English

Nice to have:

  • Proficient with content personalization (ex. emails, CloudPages) using AMPScript & SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript)
  • Proficient with REST/SOAP APIs for external systems integration (inbound/outbound)
