In this position you will be responsible for the efficient operations of NN RAS Ltd. in Hungary, ensuring reliable delivery of high-quality Actuarial, Finance, IT, Investment Operations and other services to NN Business Units worldwide as well as to central NN Group Risk and NN Group Finance functions.

What you are going to do

  • As a vital member of the Finance Service Hub in Hungary, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of the Group Finance business strategy.
  • You will plan, structure, organize and manage the organization, processes, staff and business partners, both in quantitative and qualitative terms, in line with NN Group corporate policies and aligned with local Hungarian practice;
  • By managing a comprehensive services and innovation roadmap, you will help realize business targets while ensuring compliance and quality service delivery.
  • You will be in close and continuous contact with internal NN customers, NN Group and provide leadership to the assigned area and remote or virtual teams;

Who you are

To excel in this senior leadership role, candidates should have an advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in senior leadership positions, particularly within sizable business or shared services environments, with a strong background in financial or actuarial consulting in the financial services sector. A strategic mindset is essential, as you will be responsible for shaping the delivery of financial and actuarial services on both strategic and operational levels.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven change management skills and hands-on experience in leading transformation initiatives in a dynamic services environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working effectively with C-level executives and international teams
  • We are particularly interested in candidates from Hungary due to their in-depth understanding of the Hungarian competitive market, legislation and local financial regulations. This knowledge is invaluable in shaping our strategic approach and ensuring effective service delivery in the region. The work location on a daily basis will be Budapest, Hungary
