Are you passionate about transforming HR through data, automation, and AI? As our HR Insights & Automation Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind smarter decision-making and seamless digital workflows. 💼 What You’ll Do
Lead the development and optimization of HR reports, integrating AI tools like predictive analytics, chatbots, and automation.
Own and maintain HR dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools - making data accessible and actionable for HR, Finance, and business leaders.
Partner with HR Business Partners to deliver AI-driven insights and solutions that elevate employee experience and business outcomes.
Identify and implement automation opportunities using RPA and other digital technologies.
Ensure data privacy and compliance (e.g. GDPR), including AI-based anomaly detection and protection.
Collaborate with IT, Data Science to scale AI and automation across HR.
Train and support HR colleagues in using new reports and data tools.
Serve as the business translator on Digital HR, bridging the gap between HR digital/data and business requirements.
Stay ahead of trends in HR tech and propose innovative solutions that drive value.
🎯 What You Bring
University degree preferably in IT, data science, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in data analytics, HR systems or IT - hands-on AI/automation experience is a big plus.
Advanced skills in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data visualization.
Programming knowledge (Python, SQL, VBA); experience with RPA tools is a bonus.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate HR and business needs into technical solutions.
Communication skills - you can make complex tech understandable.
A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for innovation.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

💶 Wage (gross)
from 1 900€ gross depending on skills and experience of the candidate. In addition, the possibility of a bonus is in accordance with NN rules.
