'I started my journey at NN Romania 17 years ago, in a part-time role as a Data Entry Officer. Today, I am the Team Lead of the Partnership Effectiveness Team, and what I love most about my role is the opportunity to collaborate with multiple departments involved in the bancassurance business. Together with my team, we contribute to making the partnership with the bank more efficient and impactful.
One project I’m especially proud of is Home Protect, developed and launched in partnership with ING Bank. From analysis and testing to implementation, this was a great experience and it felt rewarding to see it successfully integrated into our systems and reporting.
I apply the Team Up, Speak Up, Step Up mindset to everything I do; by embracing change, staying open to development, and using digital tools to help us work smarter and more efficiently.'
