‘I have joined NN Romania six years ago, as a Recruitment Specialist, and wow - what a journey it’s been! Today, I’m leading the Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand team, doing what I love most: helping shape the future of our company by bringing in amazing people and helping grow our employer brand.
One of the highlights for me over the years has been launching internship and practice programs that really reflect who we are and what we stand for, and give students the opportunity to experience the workplace that I am so fond of. I have also had the chance to work on global projects around digitalization on the Workday platform, which gave me fresh ideas to bring back home and exposure to our greater organization.
For me, Future Ready behaviors are not just about buzzwords – it is how I work every day. I am always learning, adapting, and encouraging my team to be bold, creative and collaborative. I truly believe that everyone’s story matters here, and I am all in it when it comes to cheering on my colleagues and helping them go after their goals.’
