‘My adventure in NN started more than 5 years ago as a Junior Regional Business Support Analyst. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to grow continuously, develop my skills and learn to adapt to new challenges.
Throughout my time in NN, I contributed to various projects, but I am most proud of a recent one: decommissioning of Informatica systems in collaboration with Peoplesoft, transitioning now to direct local processing with the software. I enjoyed seeing the direct impact of my contribution on all the processes.
What I value most about my experience is the international exposure I get. This constant interaction allows me to observe and understand different approaches to work aspects and work cultures, fostering a global mindset.
For me, team up, speak up and step up are connected to the way we work together to ensure smooth functioning of the programs, we speak up our mind to support our ideas, and we step up to execute what we propose, committing to the initiative.’
