Your Impact as Junior ServiceNow Platform Engineer: As a Junior ServiceNow Platform Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with senior engineers and other teams to build, guide, and support customers in creating scoped applications and integrating new functionalities. Also you will be working to keep our platform updated, secure and help customers in finding their way on the servicenow platform.
Assist in developing and maintaining custom applications within ServiceNow.
Support the architecture, data separation, and security of the platform.
Help design and implement workflows, notifications, and flow automation to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights.
Support deployment through Source Control, update sets, and CI/CD pipelines.
A budding ServiceNow enthusiast with some experience or training in ServiceNow development.
A strong communicator, capable of translating technical concepts into business value.
Familiar with ServiceNow’s basic components like global scope, platform lifecycle management, and upgrade processes.
A proactive team player who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.
