As a Salesforce Automation Test Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts, reviewing functional and technical requirements, coordinating testing activities, and supporting root-cause analysis. You will work closely with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

What are the tasks you will perform:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and manage test execution.
- Review functional requirements and technical designs to create detailed test cases.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and translate them into automated tests.
- Perform manual testing when necessary to complement automated tests and ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Ensure that test scripts are robust, reusable, and maintainable.
- Identify, document, and track defects found during automated testing.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Work with Agile teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of issues.
What we expect from you:
- Secondary school education, preferably with a technical specialization.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Expert-level professional knowledge of PC skills.
- English language proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher.
- Practical experience in testing Salesforce applications is a valuable asset.
- Experience working with test automation tools (e.g., Provar, Bamboo, Cypress, Cucumber, Capybara, Playwright, etc.).
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as TeamCity and Jenkins, Azure DevOps Pipelines, and a solid understanding of Git.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Experience with test tracking systems (e.g., Jira, DevOps, etc.).
- Programming language knowledge is a plus (e.g., Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Ruby, Python, etc.).

What is the hiring process with us like:
There will be possibly 2 rounds of the interviews:
Round 1: Technical Deep Dive
You’ll meet with our Salesforce Release & QA Lead and Test Automation Lead. This session will focus on your hands-on experience with test automation and your ability to contribute to scalable, high-quality solutions within a Salesforce environment.
Round 2: Culture & Team Fit
In this round, you’ll speak with the Product Owner and Line Manager. The discussion will center around your approach to cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving in agile teams, and how your mindset aligns with our product vision and team culture.
