What you will do
Together with two local colleagues and the Product Owner who is based in the Netherlands, you will manage, secure, and optimize Microsoft Entra ID's core identity infrastructure, ensuring seamless authentication, authorization, and governance within a highly available, scalable, and resilient zero-trust framework. As part of user stories, you will work on hybrid identity architecture, hardening identity tiers, and driving all aspects of modern authentication. Your role will involve engineering Entra ID as the zero-trust backbone for modern authentication, leveraging automation to enhance security and streamline identity operations, while optimizing for cost, compliance, and best practices.
What are the tasks you will perform
Implement Microsoft Entra solutions, including Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, and Identity Protection.
Deliver scalable CI/CD solutions by designing and implementing workflows, collaboration, communication, source control, and automation.
Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access-related issues.
Further streamline existing manual request procedures through automation.
Draft security documentation, assess risks, and formulate strategies for risk mitigation.
What you bring
Proven knowledge and ability to contribute to Entra ID, Entra Workload ID, and Entra Permissions Management.
Professional working skills in PowerShell or another programming language (e.g., Python).
Advanced skills in CI/CD principles and Agile tools.
You are a proactive and results-driven individual with an innovative mindset.
Ability to work both independently and in a team, plus excellent communication skills in English.

How we hire
After the evaluation of your application including CV in English, you will receive a short phone call from Petra (Talent Acquisiton Partner) and talk about basic details regarding your previous working experience and our vacancy. If everything goes well, we will meet twice in total. The first round will be more technical with one local colleague who is at the same position and our Product Owner who is based in the Netherlands. The second round will be more HR with Pavel (Engineering Manager) and Petra.
