On this occasion, we offer a vacancy for a Data Scientist for the Data – Advanced Analytics, AI and Data Monetization team.
What is the mission of the role?
To contribute to the development and operationalization of advanced analytics initiatives that generate measurable business value. This role combines strong technical expertise with a business-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude toward team enablement, MLOps excellence, and responsible AI practices.
What will you do?
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for specific business use cases (e.g., agent scoring, fraud detection, CLTV).
Perform feature engineering and data preparation for modeling.
Drive improvements in MLOps practices within Databricks, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and automated model lifecycles.
Work closely with business stakeholders to identify analytical opportunities and translate them into actionable solutions.
Collaborate in the tracking and measurement of business value generated by data science initiatives.
Participate in governance processes with second-line teams to ensure AI assessments are approved and models are developed ethically, minimizing bias and ensuring fairness.
Document and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Contribute to Generative AI initiatives in coordination with the Data Science Hub, AI Engineers and Cloud teams.
Provide ad-hoc descriptive analytics to support decision-making when needed.
What are we looking for?
Degree in a technical field and a Master’s in Data Science (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning model development and deployment. Ideally 5+ years of experience.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with Spark and SQL.
Hands-on experience with Azure, Databricks, GitHub/Azure DevOps, and MLOps practices.
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
Familiarity with data privacy, security, and responsible AI principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Advanced English skills (spoken and written).
Ability to work in dynamic, cross-functional, and international environments.
