What you are going to do
We are looking for a driven Information Security Officer who is passionate about information security and loves applying security frameworks and using their knowledge to coach and guide the many IT teams in actually implementing IT controls.
Additionally, we must be able to clearly explain all of this to various regulators within the financial sector. As an Information Security Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring information security, focusing on both the protection of information and the continuity of processes and information provision at NN and our cybersecurity.
As an Information Security Specialist, you are responsible for managing potential risks in the IT landscape used by our customers and are closely involved in executing action plans to mitigate these risks. You play an important role in the ongoing monitoring of the security of our IT environment, focusing on ensuring secure development standards and identifying and reporting (potential) security incidents and (potential) data breaches.

You work together with a fellow Information Security Officer and are part of a 'Guild' of all Security Officers within Inkomen Collectief and the overarching department Schade & Inkomen.
With the so-called Empowered Product Teams, we develop software and also use external (data) platforms. The safety of our customers' data (from business data to medical information) is our highest priority.
To function well in the team, it is important that you are proficient in both Dutch and English in spoken and written form.
