Big ideas in AI need solid technical foundations. That’s why at NN Digital Hub, we’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join our AI Applications team. This team designs and builds end-to-end applications that bring AI solutions to life—turning core AI products into production-ready, user-friendly applications integrated with real IT systems. Our work spans solution architecture, full-stack development, and creating reusable assets to drive future innovation across NN Group.
About the role
Help turn cutting-edge AI ideas into real, user-friendly products. In this role, you’ll build end-to-end solutions, bring them into production, and work closely with UX and DevOps teams to make innovation happen.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain Python (FastAPI) back-end services that expose AI / LLM models.
Design and implement modern React/TypeScript front-ends in partnership with UX designers.
Write unit, integration and end-to-end tests; participate in code reviews.
Containerise applications with Docker and work with the DevOps team to deploy on Azure (App Service or AKS).
Instrument applications with OpenTelemetry for observability.
Translate complex technical concepts into business language when collaborating with stakeholders.
The knowledge and experience you bring
Must-have skills
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of software-engineering experience, with strong emphasis on Python with some experience (or willingness to learn) in JavaScript/TypeScript.
Proven track record building RESTful APIs (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
Familiarity with cloud application hosting (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable).
Experience with Git and agile development practices.
Advanced English proficiency required for working in an international environment.
Nice-to-have
React expertise (hooks, state management), UI/UX sensibilities.
Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, IaC.
Exposure to AI/ML workflows (MLflow, Databricks).

What is hiring process with us like
Once we review your application and English CV, Veronika (Talent Acquisition Partner - RPO) will give you a short introductory call to discuss the open position.
If the initial conversation goes well, you’ll be invited to two interview rounds. The first round will ideally take place in person at our Prague office (or online) with Radek (Hiring Manager / Data Engineering Manager) and Veronika. In the second round, you’ll meet several members of the team you may soon be joining.
