Your mission

Join us as a Team Lead Payments and Reporting and help shape the future of NN.

In this role, you’ll actively contribute to the success of both the team and the company by engaging with pension-related processes optimization, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery.

What will you do?

  • Lead and coordinate daily pension operations and regulatory reporting activities
  • Responsible for performing first line control activities and managing output
  • Responsible for defining and updating of operational procedures/work instruction
  • Responsible for performing first line control activities and provide support in audit mission
  • Define operational KPIs and monitor them through Dashboards, Operational Reports
  • Drive improvements, automation, and digitalization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency in payments and reporting
  • Ensure that regulatory requirements are implemented according to legal requirements
  • Manage growth by taking proactive measures (capacity planning)
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external authorities to ensure compliance
  • Manage team performance and development actions
  • Manage resource allocation for day to day activities and UAT
  • Sets goals and provides feedback in line with company policies and culture
  • Provide transparency in the team about company’s strategy and guide them toward achieving strategic objectives
  • Identify and support employee development needs through training and agreed actions
  • Streamline collaboration with peers and other relevant stakeholders from organization

What will you bring?

  • 5+ years in insurance/banking; 3+ years in operations leadership
  • Strong experience in processing automation and digital platforms
  • Solid understanding of technical platforms and tools (RPA, OCR, AS 400)
  • Proven ability to manage and scale medium size teams
  • Experience in acting as a Business Owner and driving change
  • Familiar with AgileSAFE principles
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English; proficient in MS Office
  • Communicates with clarity, empathy, and impact.
  • Thrives in collaborative environments and lifts others up.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and acts.
