Our offer is for you if:
You have 2 years of experience in system/application administration
You have knowledge of deployments from an administrative perspective and maintaining the Genesys Cloud system
You have a good understanding of Tomcat servers and JVM configuration and monitoring
You are well-versed in Linux and Windows operating systems
You know the basics of environment containerization, including experience with container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes/Openshift)
You have experience with relational databases
You have knowledge of computer network operations, including communication protocols
You are familiar with network, operating system, and application security issues
You have experience in creating or modifying CI/CD processes based on GitlabCI
You have worked with OpenSearch or Grafana tools
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure
Knowledge of Ansible
