What you will do:
Our mission is to automate and streamline processes and enhance user experience! That is why we are hiring an experienced AI ML Engineer.
Your day-to-day:
Design and develop end-to-end AI/ML solutions, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, deployment, and monitoring.
Utilize Databricks for data engineering, large-scale preprocessing, experimentation, and model lifecycle management.
Build and maintain data pipelines using Python and PySpark, focusing on DataFrames and performance optimization.
Work on machine learning models across various domains, including Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision (CV), predictive analytics, and generative AI, with real-world application examples.
Develop LLM-Based Components: Design and integrate components based on Large Language Models (LLMs), including embeddings, vector stores, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and fine-tuning as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate real business problems into robust AI solutions.
Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Qualifications:
Strong Python engineering skills with a focus on production-grade code, testing, and debugging.
Proven experience delivering machine learning projects end-to-end (not just academic).
End-to-End Hands-on experience with Databricks, including data processing, ML development, and MLflow.
Strong understanding of ML fundamentals: feature engineering, experimentation, evaluation, and monitoring.
Experience with PySpark or other distributed computing frameworks to manage large datasets effectively.
Knowledge of Large Language Models, including embeddings, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning.Knowledge of MLOps practices (CI/CD for models, model registry, tracking).
MLOps Practices: Understanding of MLOps principles (CI/CD for models, model registry, tracking) to streamline model deployment and management.
Cloud Platform Experience: Experience with at least one major cloud platform, preferably Azure, for deploying and managing AI/ML solutions.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Ownership Mindset: A proactive approach to taking full responsibility for the entire project lifecycle.
Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
