About Us
We use PeopleSoft as our all-in-one finance platform, handling everything from general ledger and billing to asset management and procurement across our international offices. Our tech team is in Prague, business support is in Bucharest, and together we keep finance processes and reporting smooth and standardized. We handle updates, fixes, and 3rd level support, always working to improve and make sure PeopleSoft meets all our group’s needs.
As our PeopleSoft environment is growing fast we need a dedicated tech pro. We’re on the lookout for a PeopleSoft Administrator to join us in Prague.
What you will do
Keep an eye on PeopleSoft every day, hit the SLAs, and work with other teams to solve incidents.
Dig into root causes, run post-mortems, and suggest long-term fixes.
Fine-tune performance and roll out updates and upgrades.
Stay on top of security patches and compliance.
Keep all technical documents up to date.
Help with audits and sort out any findings.
What you bring
Profound knowledge of PeopleSoft technical building blocks (Weblogic, Application server, Tuxedo)
At least 6 years of experience as PeopleSoft administrator
Very good knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture.
Experience with and ability to run application and PeopleTools upgrades and installations.
Knowledge of Peoplesoft standard interfaces.
Experience with Oracle DB, ability to create scripts.
Good knowledge of SQL, Linux and Windows server.
Knowledge of additional scripting languages is a plus.
English good enough to chat comfortably with international colleagues.
Self-starter attitude, reliability, and a knack for solving problems.
