About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Product Owner who will help shape and deliver the vision of our Group Finance data platforms, manage their daily operations and their interfaces to other Group Finance systems. This role combines strategic product ownership with hands‑on technical work - approximately 50% of your time will be spent on technical activities, particularly around our Azure‑based data platform, including Azure Data Factory.
You will work closely with stakeholders, users, and engineering teams to ensure our data platforms evolve effectively, support business needs, and consistently deliver maximum value.
What You’ll Do
Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with strategic business goals and modern data‑platform best practices.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and users, ensuring continuous alignment and engagement.
Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog, ensuring transparency and clarity around scope, priorities, and expectations.
Participate actively in daily product‑development activities and contribute technically (approx. 50%) to ensure platform improvements, data flows, and pipelines are well‑designed and well‑implemented.
Strengthen connections between stakeholders, users, and development teams, ensuring everyone understands what is being delivered and why.
Ensure that acceptance criteria are clear and teams understand delivery and quality expectations.
Where You’ll Make an Impact (Technical Areas)
Contribution to the design, operation, and continuous enhancement of Azure‑based data platforms.
Active involvement in building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines and workflows using Azure Data Factory.
Support in troubleshooting, testing, and validating technical platform components.
Close collaboration with data engineers and architects on the evolution of data platform capabilities.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree (university level I).
2–5 years of experience in Product Ownership or a related role.
Experience in Data Engineering, knowledge of Azure Data Factory or similar tools, experience with software integration and data integration is an advantage
Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, especially in an international environment.
In‑depth understanding of product usage and user needs, with ability to translate them into actionable improvements.
Experience with Agile methodologies or a relevant certificate (advantage).
English at C1 (Advanced) level.
Strong PC skills (documents, spreadsheets, presentations).
