As a Solution Architect, you will design and deliver technology solutions that align with our company’s enterprise architecture, data strategy, and business goals. Your focus will be on creating sustainable, scalable, and high-quality data, AI, and cloud solutions tailored to the life insurance industry. You will collaborate closely with various teams and stakeholders across different domains and countries to ensure smooth integration and adherence to company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities
Collaborate with tech leads, architects, engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to design solutions for diverse business use cases.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architectures, technology roadmaps, and sustainability goals by working with the broader architecture community.
Prepare clear solution designs, POCs, and documentation highlighting business impact, compliance, ethics, and DevOps/MLOps principles.
Evaluate design options, provide architectural recommendations, and communicate decisions and trade-offs.
Lead hands-on development and quality assurance in cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Mentor engineers and developers on architecture best practices.
Assess current technologies and create a vision for modern, headless, and MASA architectures.
Integrate non-functional requirements (e.g., scalability, security, performance, reliability) using knowledge of integration platforms and modern frameworks.
Your skills and experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience designing, executing, and supporting IT data and cloud solutions.
Strong expertise in cloud computing technologies and current industry trends, especially Microsoft Azure.
Microsoft Azure Certified Solutions Expert or equivalent certification is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of clearly articulating complex technical information to management and IT partners.
Positive attitude, strong commitment to delivering high-quality work, and ability to work effectively within diverse and international teams.
