We are looking for an experienced senior procurement professional—someone who values well‑structured processes, communicates effectively with internal teams and external suppliers, and is comfortable managing the administrative aspects of the role. The ideal candidate is execution‑driven, excels at building strong working relationships, and approaches procurement processes with the ambition to optimize, modernize, and continuously improve them. This position also includes leading a small team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full procurement process—from initial requirement intake to final supplier selection and onboarding
(approximately 70 tenders annually across the team),
Build long‑term, fair, and transparent relationships with suppliers and negotiate optimal terms,
Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, policies, and ethical standards,
Act as a trusted business partner—understand internal stakeholders’ needs and translate them into clear, effective procurement solutions,
Oversee contract management activities—monitor contract lifecycle, evaluate effectiveness, track SLAs and compliance, and initiate updates when required,
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization,
Contribute actively to automation, digitalization, and simplification of procurement processes,
Collaborate cross‑functionally within the organization and across the wider group,
Lead a small team of two—providing direction, motivation, development support, and fostering their professional growth.

Has solid experience in procurement and is familiar with procurement processes, tools, and strategies,
Communicates effectively with diverse stakeholders—from business and IT to legal teams and suppliers,
Is reliable, attentive to detail, and consistently completes tasks to a high standard
Enjoys well‑functioning processes and proactively looks for ways to enhance them—including automation and modern solutions,
Demonstrates professional drive, accountability, and sound judgment,
Enjoys combining communication, organizational tasks, and analytical work,
Communicates confidently in English and Slovak and is comfortable collaborating at group level,
Has experience leading people or has a natural ambition to step into a leadership role.
