NN Digital Hub is hiring a Zscaler OPS Engineer who will take care of day-to-day operations of Zscaler technology, and closely cooperate with the Network Engineers.

Our mission at NN

You will be part of a mid-sized network team (approximately 10 colleagues) based in Prague, but working in a hybrid setup (only two days per month in the office are required). As a team, we provide secure connectivity for all our colleagues at NN, and as one of us, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Zscaler technology.

What you are going to do

  • Install, configure, manage, and monitor Zscaler security solutions (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX).

  • Identify and escalate urgent Zscaler related security incidents and system faults.

  • Perform independent analysis, design, and execute assigned Zscaler projects.

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to Zscaler configurations and policies.

  • Respond to end-users inquiries and communicate effectively about Zscaler security services.

What we expect from you

  • Ideally extensive knowledge of Zscaler technology, or alternatively another zero trust technology.

  • Knowledge of IT security market standards and their implementation in real world.

  • Understanding of IT security processes in corporate environment.

  • Knowledge of managed network technologies (loadbalancers, firewalls, routers, etc.).

  • Advanced English proficiency required for working in an international environment.

What is the hiring process with us like

If your profile matches the role, you will be contacted for a brief phone conversation to share more about the position and learn about your experience and expectations. If the role isn’t the right fit, we’ll still provide feedback.

The selection process includes two online interview rounds. In the first round, you’ll meet with Petra, our Talent Acquisition Partner and Niels, the EET Foundation Team Lead. After that, we’ll schedule the second round, which is a technical interview with two to three of your potential future colleagues.
