In this role, you will enable scale and speed across NN countries by creating reusable advertisement templates that teams can localize confidently, to deliver exceptional customer experience, drive operational excellence, share and reuse capabilities across our business units.
What you are going to do
In this role You will be designing static and animated ad formats for paid and owned channels and build a modular system of creative assets (layouts, typography, component libraries) that supports always-on marketing.
You also create infographics and visual storytelling formats that help countries communicate clearly and consistently across digital touchpoints. Your work will contribute to reducing rework, improves brand consistency, and increases creative output velocity across markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create modular templates for key channels/placements; set rules for layout/typography/variants.
• Create motion templates and reusable animation patterns; export-ready assets per channel specs.
• Design reusable infographic components (charts/icons/layouts) and editable masters for localization. Maintain the template library; support countries with reviews and help with increase of usage.
• Coordinate with Brand/Design stakeholders and country marketers; prioritize template roadmap.

• 4–7+ years’ experience in graphic design for digital advertising, ideally in an international or multi-brand
environment
• Strong motion/video skills for advertising formats (animated assets, short-form video, motion templates)
• Proven ability to design infographics and visual storytelling for complex topics
• Experience collaborating with marketers, content specialists, and multiple stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma; plus motion tools
• Fluent / Advanced English (written and spoken) is a must
• Familiarity with channel specs for social/video/display and working with localization workflows
Who you will work with
As Digital Creative Designer you will be working in DM&LG Centre of Excellence team collaborating with all NN International countries.
