NN Digital Hub is hiring an IAM Engineer in Czechia who will help strengthen Identity & Access Management capabilities, bridge engineering and business needs, and ensure secure, seamless adoption of IAM services across the organization.

Our mission at NN

As an IAM Engineer, you will play a key role in strengthening Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities within the Access and Authentication domain. Acting as a bridge between engineering and business, you’ll help drive secure and seamless adoption of IAM services across the organization. In this hybrid role, you combine hands-on operational support with a consultative mindset, focusing on process improvement, automation, and customer-centric service delivery.

What are you going to do

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for IAM services and end users.

  • Drive adoption and awareness of IAM services across the organization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical support.

  • Design and improve customer journeys and service processes.

  • Contribute to automation efforts (e.g., scripting, workflow improvements).

  • Participate in projects early to ensure IAM integration and best practices.

  • Deliver reporting and advisory support on IAM-related topics.

  • Work closely with DevOps and other IAM teams to enhance service delivery.
     

What we expect from you

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an IAM or Security environment.

  • Functional knowledge of IAM concepts (e.g., Authentication, Authorization, SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM/PIM).

  • Experience with scripting or workflow automation.

  • Affinity with modern technologies and continuous improvement practices.

  • Strong collaboration skills and a customer-focused mindset.

  • Proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to identify improvements.

  • Advanced English proficiency required for working in an international environment.
