Portfolio Manager Non-Life Bancassurance

Would you like to help shape a strategic partnership that makes insurance simpler and more accessible? As Portfolio Manager Non-Life Bancassurance in Brussels, you connect NN and ING. You translate market developments, digitalisation and changing customer needs into initiatives that improve the customer experience and commercial results. In this way, you become a true supporter of change.

Your impact at NN: what you will do

As Portfolio Manager Non-Life Bancassurance, you join the One Orange Team, the partnership between NN and ING for the distribution of insurance to retail customers. You are the central point of contact for Change & Run and connect the insurance business with banking needs, digital customer journeys and underlying processes. This enables you to turn strategic ambitions into clear priorities and practical initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • You help define the strategic direction of the One Orange Team and translate it into concrete initiatives and priorities.
  • You manage the portfolio of projects and developments and align digital customer journeys with NN’s underlying systems and processes.
  • You strengthen collaboration between NN and ING, bring the right stakeholders together and build support for shared objectives.
  • You prepare strategic meetings, represent NN in discussions with ING and report clearly on progress to management and stakeholders.
  • You identify opportunities in customer experience, commercial performance, digitalisation and innovation and explore how they can support the partnership’s growth.

Who you will work with

You join the One Orange Team, where colleagues from NN and ING work together on the distribution of insurance to retail customers. You collaborate closely with stakeholders across both organisations and connect the business, digital customer journeys, systems and processes. Together, you develop initiatives that strengthen the partnership and improve customer service.
