We offer a comprehensive medical package, including access to sports facilities across Poland through a multisport card. We're passionate about promoting an active lifestyle — every Wednesday after work, we go running with a professional coach. As a partner of one of Poland’s largest marathons, we actively encourage participation in sports challenges. Employees also receive extra days off for health check-ups, and preventive screenings are available directly at the office.
Our working environment is flexible. On average, employees spend one day per week per quarter in the office. We provide a remote work allowance and offer the possibility to work from abroad for approximately two months per year.
We support continuous learning and development through access to a wide range of webinars, courses, and workshops on topics such as AI tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cultural diversity. Each year, we host a dedicated Development Day focused on personal and professional growth in areas like Data & AI and Digital & IT. Internal conferences are also organized to help employees upskill.
