Internal mobility

Practical details

  • We offer a comprehensive medical package, including access to sports facilities across Poland through a multisport card. We're passionate about promoting an active lifestyle — every Wednesday after work, we go running with a professional coach. As a partner of one of Poland’s largest marathons, we actively encourage participation in sports challenges. Employees also receive extra days off for health check-ups, and preventive screenings are available directly at the office.

  • Our working environment is flexible. On average, employees spend one day per week per quarter in the office. We provide a remote work allowance and offer the possibility to work from abroad for approximately two months per year.

  • We support continuous learning and development through access to a wide range of webinars, courses, and workshops on topics such as AI tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cultural diversity. Each year, we host a dedicated Development Day focused on personal and professional growth in areas like Data & AI and Digital & IT. Internal conferences are also organized to help employees upskill.

  • Employees are encouraged to engage in social impact activities, with one day per year allocated for volunteering. We also support team-building and social initiatives through events organized by partner foundations.

  • Our office is located in the prestigious Powiśle district, just minutes from Warsaw’s vibrant city center. It’s easily accessible by metro, bus, or bicycle — which we highly recommend. The area is surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and popular after-work spots like the Vistula Boulevards and Elektrownia Powiśle, a former power plant turned trendy shopping and dining complex. The office includes bicycle parking, shower facilities, a lunchroom, and a dedicated chill-out space.

  • We are proud of our active employee networks, including LGBT+ and Neurodiversity groups. These networks promote inclusivity through events, expert talks, and practical resources, while also providing safe spaces for employees to share experiences and support one another.

  • Finally, we offer access to a language learning platform where employees can improve their language skills at their own pace. For those involved in international projects, we provide weekly small-group English lessons with a tutor. Non-Polish speakers also have the opportunity to take Polish language classes.
