It’s been nearly 20 years since I joined NN as a part-time student. What struck me was the knowledge and experience I was exposed to - and I embraced it fully.
My journey at NN reflects growth, adaptability, and purpose. Starting in a part-time data entry role, I advanced through Underwriting, Compliance, AML, Sales, and ultimately into Internal Audit for which I settled as it fits best to both my interests and personality.
One of the projects I’m most proud of was setting up the AML framework for NN Romania. It was a defining moment - not just for the business, but for my own development.
International collaboration has been a constant throughout my career. Whether through cross-border projects, training programs, or knowledge-sharing initiatives, I experienced firsthand how NN’s values transcend borders as no matter where we’re based, we’re united by shared values and a strong culture of collaboration.
NN has evolved over the years, but some things have remained constant: the freedom to speak up, the independence to shape your work, and the collective drive to reach a common goal.
Being with NN feels like a long-term relationship with your first love - rare, enduring, and deeply meaningful. What keeps it strong? A constant embrace of change, the right mix of comfort and challenge, mutual understanding, and a balance between independence and collaboration. Together, we’ve grown toward development, harmony and evolution.
