‘I began my journey with the company 15 years ago as a Contact Center Officer. Over the next 10 years, I worked in the Operations Department, where I focused on identifying solutions that deliver meaningful value to our customers. My responsibilities included data analysis and reporting for regulatory authorities, as well as providing support for various operational processes.
Since 2022, I have been part of the AS400 team within the IT department, working as a Support Specialist. In this role, I serve as an effective bridge between business requirements and technical solutions. I analyze issues, assess their impact on AS400 functionalities, and identify workarounds that help close the loop and address user requests efficiently. I am also actively involved in a clean-up project aimed at streamlining AS400 files to enhance system performance and prevent crashes.
I have a strong aptitude for recognizing patterns, a skill I apply and continuously develop in my daily work. This drives my professional growth and motivates me to consistently deliver my best.
